SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are shipped within three business days or less. All expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please call us at (310) 866-6836 should you require other arrangements.
Every order being shipped within the United States is shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail.
All items are inspected carefully for quality before leaving the studio. Should you receive an item that is not acceptable, please contact MM@Desviado.com immediately.

SHIPPING SECURITY

For your security, orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address that we are able to verify independently. Your billing address must match your card's statement address and your name must be as it appears on the card. We also require accurate contact information. The inability to get approval for payment or verify addresses could cause delays in shipping.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic (Continental U.S.) are shipped from Los Angeles, CA via USPS Priority or Priority Express.
A signature is required on all shipments over $500. All shipments will be insured for the value of the merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship to addresses outside of the United States, provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used. International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International. Arrival dates for international orders will be approximately 10 -14 days from the placement of the order. Duty will be charged depending on the country in which you reside. Desviado is NOT responsible for the payment of these charges.

TAXES

Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Residents of California will pay state sales tax of 7.25%.

GIFT PURCHASES

Please note a gift by typing in the Add Note section of the checkout page. We will enclose a gift receipt and elegantly gift-wrap your package free of charge unless otherwise specified.

ORDER CANCELLATION

RETURN POLICY

All standard orders of in-stock merchandise are returnable within 10 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of any custom merchandise or international orders.
For all domestic purchases, you may exchange an order within 30 days of receipt for store credit, provided the jewelry pieces are returned in a new and unused condition, including all packaging and materials contained in the original shipment. We will not accept for exchange any merchandise that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.
Special orders and pieces that Monica Moreno has sized, altered, or engraved may not be exchanged. All exchanges will be reviewed and may be sent back to the customer if these requirements are not met.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to notify us of the return and forward us the tracking information. Also, please make sure the return shipment is properly insured. Any exchanged or replaced merchandise that we are sending out will be at no additional cost.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a Desviado jewelry or other art piece as a gift, you may return it for store credit or exchange the gift for another item. Send us a message at MM@Desviado.com, or call (310) 866-6836 to make arrangements.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be granted for sale items.
